The Qualities of Superior's Needles
When we decided to work with Organ Needle Company to develop a Superior needle, there were specific traits we wanted in a home machine needle. Durability, quality, proper stitch formation, and a long needle life. We are very proud of our Superior needles, especially since we were able to combine these important attributes into a home machine needle. Our titanium-coated Topstitch and Microtex needles are used and recommended by the pros for sewing, quilting, embroidery, applique, piecing, and more.

Highly recommend this strong need to easily/smoothly machine sew through multiple fabric layers that have been appliqued with a fusible web material of different thicknesses. Like a hot knife cutting through butter! Now my go to needle for quilt projects! I like the large eye for ease in threading too!

These are my go-to needles for piecing quilt tops. They seem to last longer than others I've used, and they glide easily through the fabric without puckering.

I highly recommend you try this brand and using topstitch needles for everyday sewing. Holes are larger, sharper, and thread rarely spreads or breaks

Reliable quality - always properly sized and made to specs. My preferred brand. Use primarily for quilt piecing. Fabrics ranging from high quality cotton, blends, flannel, and batik.

I’ve tried other needles but my last 2 sewing machines (Juki HZL600 and Bernini 770 QE) work best with these, no question. I’ve used them exclusively for about 4 years, sewing mostly high end quilting cottons. They are available locally but they’re expensive, and shipping from the company website is prohibitive. Buying from Amazon was by far the best value for dollar.
