I lose my phone a lot-even while I'm still holding it. I had it on an obnoxiously long lanyard that made it almost like a purse, but it got in the way more than it helped me keep track of it. Eventually, the ribbon broke open and I had to replace it.This one has been surprisingly sturdy. The part that goes into my phone case fits right along the edge and doesn't cover up the Magsafe charging or anything else I put in my phone (I have a clear case and I like to put photos or fortune cookie papers in there). It is made of a tough plastic with a fabric-like texture that holds it in place but doesn't scratch my phone or case. The connector also feels like a tough plastic and has a similar texture. While the metal ring is painted, it doesn't feel flimsy or irritate my skin. It's almost larger than my fingernail, and I could probably put phone charms or even a tiny plushie on it (or two). The actual phone straps it comes with are cute and durable. The paw prints don't have a locking mechanism, but resist sliding along the rope well enough. The rope has a nice thickness, and feels easy to clean. This might even be strong enough to hold up my tablet, but for now that's where the spare lives.TLDR; great little phone lanyards recommended for all phone owners of all ages. You can use the attachment piece for tablet cases as well for charms and possibly another strap. Water-resistant and as easy to clean as it is cute.

Super cute but the string that attaches to the phone is very thin and so it slipped out the wire opening and landed on the ground. I fixed it by taking a wrench to over tighten the wire piece. It looks very dumb now but at least it’s staying on.
