This is knockoff glue gun beats the pants off the Ryobi unit. Trigger is a little iffy, but I'd still buy again in a heartbeat.

This unit works exactly as expected. It does take a while to heat up, but once it is heated, I have no complaints. It is lighter than I expected (I have a 6AH Milwaukee HO battery connected to it) and it just gets the job done. The device is not hot in the hands and is quite comfortable to use.

This uses standard, not mini, glue cartridges. Yet it's a very handy size, heats up quickly, and tacks into small slots as easily as large areas. Very good purchase, great value compared to OEM.

However, the little On/Off switch is very flimsy. Depending on how you grip the gun you can easily slide the switch and inadvertently turn the gun on or off.I gave it 4 stars for:- Flimsy switch- No temperature information- No temperature setting- No carrying case+ Allows Milwaukee batteries (w the adapter) and Ryobi Batteries w/o the adapter+ Portable/Cordless

Finally, a cordless glue gun. And it works with an interchangeable battery charging system I already have, it's half the price of the battery manufacturer's model, is lightweight, warms up in under 5 minutes, claims to run for over 3 hours, and has an off switch. USA-based small business, products made in China, Surebonder also offers specialty nozzles. The only thing missing is a temperature switch.

Have had no issues after months of use. Battery is plenty powerful for all the crafting I've done so far and is so much less hassle with out the cord. Bought with two batteries, but have yet to drain one to the point of having to switch in the middle of a project.Would suggest for any serious crafter.
