When putting these plugs in you may want to use an adjustable wrench with a longer handle. This will give you more leverage and make it easier. Anyways, they seem to be a sturdy material so should last a while. I put them on my Fames and they screwed down nicely to sit flush against the plate

I thought I was receiving more than one skate stopper. I received one and it did not give me opportunity to pick the color that I wanted since it was only one so now I’m a man with a purple skate.
