How to Install:
1. Press spring lock, insert lower hook into upper arm and use provided wrench and 4 bolts to secure mount to seat post.
2. Join U and L shape arms.
3. Attach surfboard rack to body bar and tighten screws; repeat on other side.
4. Adjust angle by surfboard length and secure with spring cord.
