I got this for my parents home and they LOVE it. It took a few minutes to figure out the two bell setup but the hardest part was getting them to pick the ring tones. There were soooo many and it was great to have them to pick from and change to. They each ended up picking their own ringtone for each of the doorbells so they know which one is being rung. No problems so far and they are happy.

These are exactly what we hoped for. We have 3 doors to our building, and we need 3 receivers throughout our building as we move about frequently. I love being able to have 3 different tones that also coordinate with a number flashing on the receiver. Our first door is a simple "ding dong" and flashes #1. Our second door has some nice Rythm to the sound like "ding a ling, a ling, a ling, repeat" and flashes #2. Our third door has a melody to the sound, you could think of something like "ding a ring, ding a dong, ding a ring; ring a ding, ring a dong, ring a ding and flashes #3. I love that we had over 50 to choose from. A sound for everyone!!We also needed one rated for cold weather - we have temps below zero in the winter and this is rated for, I believe, -22 F.It also comes with the hardware to screw the doorbell outside or the use of two sided adhesive if it is preferred.Very happy with this product!!

I've spent the last hour messing around with this piece of garbage and I am beyond DONE. it is getting returned.1. Prying the cover off to install with screws is nearly impossible. I gave up because I was afraid I was going to break it.2. The instructions are awful. Very unclear and incomplete. 2b. I have tried everything to set a specific tone and failed miserably on all accounts. The instructions are just not actually correct.3. The range is miserable. 20ft at best. Not at all what I needed for my house.4. You have to read the instructions completely to find that they tell you not to install the transmitter on a metal surface. Many door frames and trims are metal, as are many exterior doors themselves.Truly disappointed. I'm going to have to pry the transmitters and adhesive off the door frames to return. Total waste of time and effort.

We put this on our back door since we have a long house and I couldn't hear knocking from my office at the front of the house. The "bell" is plugged in near my office so I can hear when someone is there. It is easy to install and comes with a cute little sign to mount with it.

I bought this to teach my cat to ring it when outside in winter when the curtains are drawn. He usually climbs up the windows' bars and, while hanging there, then throws its body against the window to let me know he's there. He's quite clever, so I thought I'd teach him in summer to ring the bell (located indoors on the floor) when he wants me to open the patio door to let him out into the garden and then, when he'd be used to that, I could put the bell outside for him to ring it when he wants to come in from the cold. But, because it scares him and it is quite hard for him to push the button, we haven't got anywhere yet. But it's only September and we still have a few weeks.......

I am disabled so I have the buttons placed around the inside of my home, kitchen shows button 1, bedroom button 2 and bathroom button 3. My family not only know that I need help, but they also know exactly where I am. I would highly recommend these doorbells, great quality at an affordable price, and great peace of mind too.
