Suspenz Flat Kayak, Canoe and SUP Storage Rack

The Suspenz Flat Rack allows you to maximize the number of boats you can store on a wall with this unique “shelf” approach. This kayak, canoe and SUP storage hanger suspends watercraft on straps for the ultimate in protection. Our Suspension Strap System eliminates pressure points and protects against hull distortion. The rack extends 36" from the wall, height 15” on wall and holds watercraft up to 34" wide, however, boats up to 36” may be stored if a 2x4 is mounted between the Flat Rack and wall. Constructed of powder-coated steel frame which makes it great for indoor and outdoor uste and has safety straps that securely hold your boat or SUP in place. Stores boats up to 125 lbs.

Was so nice to free up yard space and get the kayaks off the ground, where they will stay clean.and free of water. I think price could be a little lower on these, but they are built really heavy and should last forever. Easy to mount on the side of our shed.

We used these to put our canoe overhead in our garage. It's a 16' canoe, about 32" wide in the middle. Per the mfg's website, we installed lengths of 2x4 between the brackets and the studs to allow for the width. Easily the most difficult part of the process was cleaning out the garage a bit to give us space to maneuver. It was a good experience, they're well made, and they seemed a lot easier than any pulley system. I don't know if I'm ever going to need another set of canoe brackets, but I'd buy these again.

This rack is excellent for the Eddyline Skylark and is a great long-term storage solution when combined with a full kayak cover. However, the straps are connected to the outside end of the rack by a plastic end cap. This end cap broke a week after installation, possibly due to a undetected crack in the plastic. Surprisingly, even with the broken cap, the straps still held and my kayak remained supported while I obtained a replacement part.I contacted Suspenz and they immediately sent out a replacement end cap for free. They simply asked what part had broken and my shipping address. Replacing the end cap required a 1/16" drill, a screwdriver, and about 5 minutes. Excellent customer service!I must give 5 stars for this product as even when a flaw crops up, the design is redundant and a fix is easy and quick to obtain. Would definitely buy from Suspenz again.

This screws directly into the studs and is very stable. Easy to install. Zero assembly required. I like this setup better than the kind that raise and lower the boat with a pulley. Highly recommended.

I have an 18' Grumman. I put 2x 4 spacers on the wall and it accommodates my canoe perfectly. This is an exceptionally well designed and well made product. It also a great value at the price. If you have questions about how it can fit your boat, contact the manufacturer. They were extremely helpful. A great product from a great company!

Although its made for kayaks, I installed this and hang my Folding Portabote on it. Works perfect, the boat fits perfectly in the arms. easy to load, simply slide it on 1 rack and push forward until it sits on both racks. Saves a lot of space in the garage and looks nice. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to put their folding boat or Kayak on the wall

The arm of one of the supports was over-bent. I could not bend it myself so it would be level or have the means to shim it.The cap was also broken off (see tape) so I don't know if this was due to improper handling or not. I also didn't want the insides open to the elements (that's why it's taped).I'm returning this item.

Looks like a very decent rack. Easy to install, just screw it to the studs. Yellow color is a really good idea, I would be banging my head against it a lot more if it wasn't yellow.Great space saver and gentle on the boat since it rests on straps.

very sturdy and works well. I use it to hold a 36" (38" outside) by 15' canoe and it is more than wide enough.

We’ve had a Suspenz kayak/SUP/canoe cart for a few years-good product. This FLAT rack looked good. It is good. Easy install. Good design
