I've owned a lot of melodicas, including the Suzuki m-37, pro37v3, Hammondv2, Yamaha p-37 and p-25, cahaya 32 key, and a vintage hohner. This one might be my favorite one; it's the most in-tune in it's stock form out of all the melodicas I've owned, and has a great sound.It's also the perfect balance between number of keys, and being able to fit in my bookbag. I see myself bringing this with me everywhere I go and I expect to get a ton of play out of this instrument.The only thing I would note is that the black keys are slightly wider on this model, than the Suzuki m-37 or pro37v3. This isn't really a good or bad thing, just something to note. I would've expected a similar build, but the plastic on the keys is also a lower quality and not as smooth as the 37 key Suzuki models... Still, I think it's worth it for the portability and convenience. On top of getting this for 60 bucks, I think this might be the best overall melodica I'd recommend to anybody.

Nothing to dislike and I’ve come to prefer Suzuki melodicas. One unexpected thing is the keys are a different size than the MX-37. Without measuring, the white keys are definitely shorter on this and probably have other dimensions that are slightly different. I would guess they’re the same size as Suzuki’s other 27 and 32 key models. The M32 is very responsive and comes with a protective hard case. A great instrument and I recommend it.

I'm a pianist and saxophone player, so I thought that melodica/melodion/pianica instruments might be just the ticket for more portable participation. After consulting melodicaworld.com, I selected the M-32C (it is important to specify precisely as there are less professional Suzuki melodions available). It is a quality instrument and I am having fun. The only reason that it did not get a full five stars is that the intonation is a bit off. While overall it's tuned to 441 which is probably a good spot, it has a bit of variation. The good news is that these can be adjusted (after a break-in) period by anyone with basic mechanical skills...it's not as hard even as adjusting an accordion. In the meantime, I'm having fun breaking it in, and looking forward to get it straightened out soon. Although this instrument might be interpreted by some as a toy, it is truly well made, has a beautiful and vibrant tone, and should be owned by reed instrument lovers. It is the favorite melodian of significant melodian reviewers.

One of the best budget melodicas out there. The keys are responsive and the workmanship makes it feel like a real instrument and not a toy. The mouthpieces are fine, but I'm looking into making some custom ones. Nice carrying case, too.

I love my new melodica, it sounds really good, feels great, there's a little bit of tuning errors, but nothing to worry about, especially for a beginner.

No puedo comparar porque es mi primera melódica. En mi caso, aprendiendo a tocarla no me defrauda, muchos ya sabemos lo poco que sirve empezar con un mal instrumento por ahorrarnos unos euros.OÃdo sà tengo, asà que puedo decir que la afinación es bastante buena.La respuesta de las teclas es suave y sin fallos. Las teclas graves requieren mas presión de aire que las agudas, esto será normal y también pasa con otros instrumentos análogos. Se ve grande y robusta con chasis metálico. Viene en un decente estuche de plástico azul.Puedes tocarla en vertical con la boquilla negra que lleva o bien en horizontal sobre una mesa o más alejada de la boca con una manguera flexible que también incluye.Aunque engorroso, hay que limpiar la saliva tras cada sesión, como instrumento de viento que es; dispone una salida especial para ello.
