The first two words in the listing are "preserved rose." The 5th and 6th words are silk rose. It can't be both. It is NOT a preserved rose. It is a silk one. And the photos look great, but the product itself is cheap. I mean, don't get me wrong my wife loved it. But wives love gifts like that regardless of the quality (except the gold digging ones) I was surprised the cover is actually glass. The lights are a super cheap strand of LED's worth about 12 cent that are already flickering after a day. I don't see how this has 77% 5 star ratings with what it is. If you want a cheap, easy and fast gift by all means go for it. If you want something to keep and cherish for years to come, look for something of higher quality. The photos show the cheapness. The wood base wasn't even fully coated in stain. Where the glass sits it is bare unfinished wood.
