How to make Chicken Pasta
1. Heat oven to 375ºF.
2. Dice 1 bell pepper, 1 onion, mince 3 garlic cloves, shred 3 cups cheddar cheese, drain canned tomatoes, cook and drain 1 lb spaghetti, and shred chicken.
3. For sauce, melt 4 tbsp butter, cook onion, bell pepper, and garlic until fragrant. Add 1/4 cup flour, 2 cups milk, 1 cup chicken broth, 2 tsp salt, and stir in 2 cups cheese until melted.
4. Toss tomatoes, chicken, spaghetti in baking dish, pour sauce, mix, top with cheese.
5. Bake 20 minutes until cheese browns.

My wife has been looking for a long time for an 8"x8" square baking dish with a decent depth to make certain desserts that she hasn't been able to make. This dish is perfect. It's beautifully made and pretty and, the fact that it's Porcelain, is wonderful and easy to clean.

I use 8x8 pans for baking brownies, small casseroles, etc. Because this is much classier than my aluminum baking dishes, I’m proud to take this right to the table to serve company.

It's my favorite dish to bake brownies in. I got the 8 x 8 and it's so nice. Really high quality finish and a beautiful blue color. It cleans up so easy and it is a great product. I've had it 10 months, now, and I have no complaints. I will say, though, that you have to give it a few extra minutes if you're baking brownies, because it's a heavy, thick dish.

This product came well-packaged and arrived safely. It is beautiful and a great value for the price. It is easily cleaned and bakes brownies, for example, beautifully. The depth is 2 inches, which is shallower than I expected. This should have been listed in the product description.

I was hoping to find a stylish pan that would bake a small Mac and cheese or a small snack cake/brownies and this is perfect. The white ceramic is classy and can go straight from the oven to the table. This is great for a small family, single person or when you don't feel like cooking in the 9x13 pan. I am very happy with this purchase.
