I ordered this chair for my husband. He had broken his both hips few years ago. He needed stable comfortable office chair. We received the chair 5 days ahead of schedule! It is really appreciated. His previous chair was getting wobbly. I was concerned. The metal frame of this chair is solid - no assembly required! This is the most important reason I ordered it. The only thing was to screw the sit and the back cushions to the frame. All parts are included - even the Allen wrench and the extra screws and a washer. Instruction for the installation is very clear - all parts are clearly marked.The chair is the perfect height and size. The cushions are soft enough but still provide enough support. The feel of the cushions is nice. The chair looks great!I would recommend this chair for those who need stability, functionality, and comfort!

It is the right size -I'm 5'8". It was pretty tricky to put it together by myself...I thought it would be easy ! But a few choice cuss words got it done hahaha.. love the chair ! Quality 100%

Looks decent and seems reasonably sturdy. Assembly wasn’t as easy as I’d hoped, but it never is. I’m not particularly handy, but it seems like it’s much easier with two pairs of hands.

These chairs actually came 3 days earlier then expected, bonus, the chairs are sent wrapped completely when shipped, easy to put together, a very comfortable and sturdy chair, I plan on getting more

I was going to return this chair based on the difficulty in assembling by one person. I highly recommend using two people to assemble. It's an awkward assembly design, but seems to be sturdy and fairly comfortable after much effort getting the screws into the back of the chair. TIP: Make sure you put the long end of the tool in firmly to the screw and guide it all the way into both holes of the frame, it got loose a couple of times and got stuck inside the frame making it very difficult to get out. My inexperience was evident. For the price I think it's a good basic chair for the office. Padding is not soft, it's kind of firm. I'm keeping it.
