This comforter has a deep rich color and looks more expansive than it is. It is a good weight for winter here in middle TN. The material is soft and the wrinkles from packing came out in 1 day. My only complaint is that stuffing doesn't seem to be adequate on the outside row of squares all around the comforter. It's like they only filled those squares 3/4 full.

I am all about texture and tactile comfort -- this just feels so soft on the skin, whether snuggled down in it or lying on top. It is light in weight too, so you don't feel weighed down or overwhelmed by it. I'm not sure if it would be enough on its own if you really needed to keep warm in very cold weather, but, then, that's not what I got it for. I would guess that with flannel sheets and a thermal blanket that it would be. I haven't washed it yet so I can't speak for its eventual durability but, then again, it's not very expensive, so if I have to replace it down the road, it wouldn't be a budget-killer. Lastly, it looks neat and attractive on the occasions that I actually get around to making the bed!

My old comforter was wearing out and I needed something new. My partner is always hot and I am always cold so I wanted something warm but not too warm, and this is perfect! It breathes (so he tells me) so he doesn't sweat all night, and I don't get cold. The color matches our decor perfectly. It is warm enough for any US cold winter night and still light enough to use year round. As an added bonus, my two dogs like to 'bed' for the night which involves digging at the blankets and pillows for a couple minutes before laying down, and this comforter is durable enough that they haven't so much as caused a snag in the fabric much less made any tears in it.

Want to love this comforter. It is soft and lightweight and the color is gorgeous, however, straight out of the bag there are bleached out looking spots. Almost like it was setting near a window and got bleached out.Not happy.

I just got my blanket yesterday in the mail. I’m impressed with how soft it is and how light weight it is. I’ve washed it and dried it according to the instructions and it still seems great! However, I did notice a string hanging already from the stitching, so hopefully the blanket lasts. So far, so good. Just hoping it stays nice for a long while.Updating review Feb 2020 nearly a year later. I’ve added a star back after originally giving the blanket a 4 star review. I’ve washed and dried this blanked multiple times over the last year. It still has held up great! I am very impressed.

I would buy more for sure, definitely worth more than what you pay! I highly recommend.It’s not to light, not too heavy, not too warm and doesn’t leave you cold. It’s great to curl up in at the end of a hard day. Love it!

Ordered a king size for our queen size bed so that we wouldn't fight over the cover. Fits beautifully. Very soft, very light weight but warm. The colour is rich and bright.

The colour in the Amazon picture was exactly the colour that arrived! The comforter washed easily and was lightweight and felt warm. Would buy another for the cottage. Very pleased.
