I just got this item after a long wait. It smelled horrible so I washed it on a gentle cycle and it completely fell apart. Stitching is weak.

Pillow is great but straps that hold pillow could be better. They frequently come undone causing pillow to fall from headrest in car.

I bought this for my 10 year old for a 14 hour car trip. It's perfect for her. She enjoyed it and says it's comfortable and she slept like a baby with it . And I didn't worry about her straining her neck when she falls asleep. Highly recommend

The support of this pillow is why I ordered it for my 6 year old who is constantly falling asleep in the car and I’d like to prevent him from hurting his neck when he does. However, when we received this pillow yesterday, it lacks enough stuffing to provide the needed support. It also does not have a way to take off the cover, so it’s not machine washable, which is unfortunate.
