These do exactly what you think they'll do: they add resistance if you're swimming, and add great resistance if you're standing and doing twists. Any move you can think of in the water to work upper body or arms will be enhanced with these on. I wear a man's large glove and found the TAGVO gloves in Medium just too hard to get on even tho I still used them. Finally had brilliant idea to buy a Large pair and they're super. I love adding these to my pool time, without question. Would also give these as a gift to anyone who uses a pool for fitness. You could even manage some calorie burning using these creatively in a hot tub — seated waist twists or arm sweeps, for sure. Highly recommend.

I like trying different designed swim aids for fun and have used this style in the past, the glove feels more natural you forget you’re even wearing them.I’ve also had larger finger webbing gloves but found while you can swim faster they will cause hand fatigue.

Used these daily for ~ 3 months and they work really well. However it is time for a new pair. Not mad due to the price but now looking for some that will last longer.The Velcro started to unhook? After about 6 weeks depending on how the water flowed around them. Happened 1-2 times a session.Seems started to give after a couple months. I figure about 2-4 weeks more of daily use and they will be coming apart.All in all great purchase when considering the price. Especially for occasional use.

Gloves are OK... run a little small. However, the velcro is almost worthless. I use these twice a week and after a couple of months the velcro began to peel off and will not stay shut. Manufacturer needs to use an industrial water-proof glue on the velcro. Will look for another brand next time.

Got these for my 14 year old son and he loves them. He uses them everytime for long distance swimming.

Great product, great price!I use them for water resistant exercises and they work great. I've been using them for 4 weeks and have already lost 15 lbs and started to see some toning on my upper body

I used for swimming a few times and then the Velcro does not stick throughout my workout. I would not recommend these.

They fit snuggly but not tight or bulky. Gives me the resistance I like for smooth swimming and toning
