this is not the first cartridge i have bought. all the previous ones worked really well. i have not used this new one yet, but i have every reason to believe it will work just as well as the previous ones.

Stapler wasn’t stapling so I thought since cartridge was low that I probably needed new one, but makes noise like stapling but doesn’t. Not sure what to do

The product is fine however in a few of the cassettes the stateless needs to be connected better and the cassette can't be used to its end.

Everything is good about this item; the fit, materials, and working order. Ir was just a little frustrating to get it working properly as it is loaded with too many staples so there's too much weight for it to feed the next staple, so it would staple once and then not staple until I took the cartridge out and reinserted it. I had to do this several times until I pulled out about a foot and a half or 2 feet of staples, tore them off and reinserted the cartridge. It has worked fantastic since then.

This product is not what’s pictured. The box is the same, the staples do not work in the machine.The old product has a gold grip on both sides, the new product has a clear strip grip on the back, no grip on top. The engineers that cheapened the product never tried it out. There is 2 of us with the same stapler.. both our staplers will no longer work with this new design.. unless the production line filled the incorrect box with the incorrect staples.. we order 2 boxes from staples store, thought maybe it was the store. Then ordered a box from Amazon. Same situation.. I do not recommend buying this product for what they say it’s intended for. Staples do not work, they don’t feed correctly for the automated stapler. When I called customer service, asked for a replacement. Swingline said take it back to the place you bought it, we can’t help.. horrible company. I’m sending the staples back !!

I had some trouble finding these staples at Amason. They are listed under another heading as not available. Glad to have found them here. I have had the stapler that uses these for years and just ran out of staples. Both the staples and the stapler serve me well. The stapler is fast and tough. The staples load easy and work fine.

They don’t work. Or they do work around 1 in every 20 goes. Have to keep removing and reloading

J'ai la brocheuse depuis longtemps, et bizarre, c'est difficile de trouver les broches en rouleaux. La brocheuse avait été achetée au Bureau en Gros, et ils ne gardent pas les broches en inventaire. Alors je suis contente d'en avoir trouvé ici à bon prix. J'en ai même commandé 2 cartouches.
