PAID for a new stapler, what we received was a REFURBISHED & no cord. Purchased as a back up unit. Shame on us for not inspecting before shelving. Now it's too late to return.

Stapler keeps jamming up and the staple holder part gets stuck and won’t open half the time. This is the 3rd one I bought and had to send the 2nd back this replacement and still not good

Very Lightly used - bought new Oct. 2017 and Failed March 2023 - less than 10,000 staples. Used mostly on batteries but won't work with battery or transformer power. Need to keep needle nose pliers nearby due to frequent jams. Depth guide slipped out of place. Will no longer staple when paper inserted but will staple if manual pressure is applied. Time for a new stapler but better and less expensive options now available.

I've had this stapler for a couple years. I've cleared so many jams from it that my manual stapler gets more use. I finally threw it in the trash and purchased a Bostich.
