It’s a very nice design, but the texture of the product has become worn and shines where it is frequency pressed, much like the keys on a keyboard becoming worn down. I believe this is expected wear, but unfortunate. Otherwise a very clean looking piece of finish.

The contractor installed the unit, but it didn’t work as expected. I tried to return it, but the date to return was past. This company needs to understand that building a bathroom takes time due to local regulations and this item is the last thing that gets installed.

Lo compré para reemplazar el botón que venÃa defectuoso de otra marca, se tuvieron que hacer algunas adaptaciones pero quedó espectacular! Me encanta el tono mate y la calidad de los materiales. No se quedan dedos marcados y se nota la calidad de los materiales

The pin has a different angle. The Geberit pin hole is V, This one is H. so I've returned it and refunded it.
