With a little ingenuity, elbow grease, and a dremel these non-locking casters worked great for luggage repair! When the manufacturer no longer carries replacement parts and current [semi-]standard parts aren't a fit it may be worth jury rigging things.I chose these particular casters for three reasons: • Measurements (They're as short as sturdy casters seem to be made, and the description provides all measurements needed to determine fit for my needs.) • Color (They're almost all black and look fine on expensive luggage.) • Price (They were inexpensive.)I'd only intended to replace the two luggage casters that really needed it when purchasing these. But I considered the possibility of replacing all of them hence purchasing a four pack (and it worked out cheaper than purchasing two separately.) After replacing the first two casters it was a no brainer to replace the other two. These pivot and roll so much better than the old TUMI ones and weight so close to the same that there's no noticeable difference. As hinted at above, I used a Dremel cut-off wheel to trim one corner of each new caster's base so that it wouldn't stick past the edge of the luggage when mounted. A quick swipe of a black permanent marker on the bare metal edge returned the base plate to solid black.A bonus upgrade is that now the luggage turns and spins freely with four pivoting wheels rather than the original two pivoting and two fixed wheels. The wheel tread seems quite rugged, non-marring and relatively quiet.

These are easy to install and they are smooth rolling and the locks can be handy. We put these on the bottom of our custom large dog kennels and these wheels make it so easy to take them outside to clean.

Does the job, small coffee cabinet. Wheel roll resistance worked out great for me. The cabinet has a large pullout drawer and the wheels don’t break/roll when drawer pulls. Odd +/- but…. Only possible negative is that the wheel material picks up grit/grime easy. Probably more of an issue in (my) a shop vs a in house scenario.

Wheels can be surprisingly expensive, so I scooped these up at a price THE GOOD: The wheels are weighty and sturdy with easy installation.THE BAD: no screws were included.I require screws between 1/2 to 3/4 inch given my wood material so the missing screws weren't really an issue and anything that would have likely been included would have been longer than my requirements.

These are perfect for my family room coffee table when we need to move it to reclaim the sofa. They swivel and roll very well on the area rug.

I use a laptop stand in my easy chair, and it makes life so much easier & convenient. However, the convenience took a turn when one of my previous casters broke the plastic piece it was screwed into. So I turned to Amazon & found these casters, which will screw into the metal legs of my stand, instead of into plastic. They installed easily, and they roll & turn just fine. Very pleased, good value for the money.

I bought these for a miter saw stand. I don't have a workshop so I wheel it in and out of the garage all the time. There's a deep pocket between the garage and the driveway and the wheels navigate it with no problem. The driveway is on a slight slope, so the locking mechanism on the wheels is important! And they work well, easy to engage and easy to disengage. Very pleased with this product.

They work as advertised. Correct size and decent quality.They arrived (8) in extremely poor packaging (loosely in a thin plastic envelope flopping around in a box that could have housed 80 of them) and as a result they came scratched and scuffed. However, I put them where I won’t really see them, so it wasn’t a big deal for me. This seems to be a theme, so if you are expecting pristine product….Some complain about missing screws, but who can predict that you are mounting these to, so I guess just be aware.The condition (aesthetics) was bad enough to deduct 2 stars.

Un poco difÃciles de quitar el seguro y poner si no tienes fuerza pero por lo demás muy buenas llegaron un poco despintadas y ralladas pero era según yo porque venÃan todas juntas y se maltrataron pero bastante funcionales las use para una cama y soportan perfecto el peso de la cama y de personas
