No written instructions, so on my first attempts I couldn't figure out why they weren't expanding to fit the hole that was drilled into the concrete (anchor was spinning in the hole, rather than expanding). I realized that if I "set" the anchor using a punch or hammer & nail, the anchor was partially expanded and would hold fast while driving the bolt/machine screw.Product performed acceptably after working this out, but I nearly threw the box initially.

The tolerances of every one of these were very consistent. So, that made installation easy. The threads were clean and took the eyebolts well. They grab well and haven't loosened up yet. So, I call it all "good."

Bought this item. Tried to find the bolt that I have to use. No bolt seem to fit on the 1/2" diameter. Went to home depot and others. A bolt at home depot 1/2" 13 would thread but about 3 turns would stop and jam. Tried chasing the thread with a tap 1/2" 13 and it won't continue. Tried few more item and no go. Finally I cut open one that l have not touched and check thread pitch. It turns out to be 1/2" 12 and found that its an obsolete size and was replaced with 1/2" 13. Can't find anybody to supply me the bolts. This item should not be for sale
