Step 1
Cut the reflective tape to the desired length.
Step 2
Ensure that the surface is smooth and completely free from dust, dirt, grease and moisture.
Step 3
Paste the reflector tape on the surface with your hand or tool. If the temperature is low, slowly heat the tape with a hair dryer.
Step 4

Great stuff. Replaced the faded safety tape around my large trailer and it looks like new. Sticks tight to the aluminum trailer.

This is really great safety tape. We put it on our carports posts to make them more visible. It was very easy to apply and looks great. Time will tell how long it will last in the Texas sun.

I bought the tape to use on my camper and horse trailer. I needed to be able to cover large areas with a reflective strip to make sure that my investments were safe. Less than a year later over half of it has already peeled off and most of the rest is in the process of separating. So now I have long white strips that I need to try to get off to be able to replace with a product that is going to last me longer than 11 months

While it says red/white, it looks more orangish than red when compared to the deeper red tape currently on my trailer. The stripes are also a tad shorter between the red/white. Not sure how much that matters. Seems to stick ok to the aluminum. Reflection is ok, definitely looks red/white at night. May not be as reflective, but it's visible. In picture, the old tape is on the ramp(right), with this tape on the door(left).
