Purchased these to replace the original lamps in a couple of 35 year old specialty light fixtures. The new lamps fit perfectly in the old fixtures and fired right up when I hit the power switch. It's great to find this replacement lamp works in my antique fixtures.

These replacements ere getting harder to find, and was happy to get these. They are good quality and provide consistent brightness and light quality, matching what I already had with the same watt rating.

Neither bulb worked (defective or previously failed and resold?). Went to local store and bought a replacement, which works.

Unfortunately, my house has a lot of these obsolete light fixtures that use this type of bulb. It's annoying, but at least I can find them for sale here.
