I didn't say easy to install because that is not what we use it for I bought two of them and spliced them together to make 200 ft and we carry it in a rope bag for an extension much cheaper that 200 ft bulk.

For max strength and no pullout. the mobius brummel splice. with the thimble, needs to have a bury of at least 27 inches. the splice is buried at approx. 14 inches. I will be taking the splice out and redoing it.
