I am a crossing guard at an elementary school. In winter my corner is treacherous; not just snow, but ice is the worst.These cleats keep me grounded. They grip the ice and snow and prevent me from falling. They were very easy to put on and stretch easily from toe to heel. I have no problem keeping them on. They include a strap to make the cleats more secure on your feet, but i haven't had to use them at all. Don't hesitate buying these. Believe me, They work wonders in snow and ice!! However...don't wear them on tile or really slick floors like in department stores. You will slide on such floors! So just use them on ice and snow!!

My driveway recently turned to ice for 2 weeks making it difficult to walk around. My daughter had some slip-on cleats for herself that seemed to work very well. So I looked and found these cleats for me and I could not be happier! Easy to slip on any of my shoes, I have boots, slippers and rubber boots, and the cleats worked on all of them. I am very happy with these, you will be too.

Fit well and stay in place, definitely provides traction on snow and ice. Only issue is that the Velcro straps are a bit too short.

Tried them out on some serious ice left after a bad ice storm. Allowed me to walk without slipping. The strap around the main part of the foot makes them very secure

I bought this product because I am at a very physical job where I'm outside for 8 hours a day. Although they did work for the intended purpose this was after one time use for 8 hours the spikes have started falling out. I'm not sure if I have recieved a defective product or if my feet are just too big. I wear a size 11 wide so I ordered the xl the biggest size. I also want to add that these do not reach the heel of my boot. They are easy to install on the boots.

Bought for my husband when he is using his snow thrower.Like: Ease of putting them on boots, ordered the XL because of the boot size. Unfortunately the only Like I can list.Dislike: The straps to prevent the cleats from sliding off the boot are too short by about an inch. No matter how much he tried to pull the straps to tighten it would not reach the Velcro. Also the heel cleats are NOT on the heel but forward of the heel. The very back of the heel area has no cleats which caused him to slip/jerk sideways backwards on some ice causing injury to his leg which may need some medical attention. I do not like leaving negative reviews but I thought this important enough to make people aware of the potential mishap that could occur.Otherwise the product is made of good material, arrive as expected and it would have performed to our expectations. However because of the above concerns we are sending it back and will continue to look for a pair of ice cleats that meets our needs.

This could save you a lot of grief in winter falls. However be careful when you come inside with them on carpet. The spikes can snag on the carpet.
