I have much to learn about growing mushrooms it has been on my back burner for quite a while now. but I have seen that mushroom growers use these to transfer spores. of coarse they will need to be sterilized, as it advertised as non-sterile, Sterilization is always done any way. I have lions mane mushroom ready but need to get set up before I can start.

These filters look nearly identical to and have the same specs as the ones on modified mason jar lids that are used in mushroom cultivation (spawn jars, etc.). Now it's a simple process to make my own mycology lids. The PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) material is hydrophobic and can be sterilized easily.
