- After1 year of the receipt, if the trucks exist any quality problem, the customer need to pay for the maintenance as well as all the freight, which will be quoted in depends.

bought this 9/21/2021 it arrived in October 2021. it Failed working 3/18/2022. 5 months is really bad for any pallet jack let alone one that costs nearly 2k. (update seller had me pay for shipping and repaired or replaced the battery resolving the issue.) two additional issues came up. Battery door wont stay closed because he barrings popped out this lead to the next issue the battery cables pulled free from the connectors. they sold me a marked up proprietary battery connecter and I installed it to fix this third issue. in 2.5 years its been out of commission three times and had a few issues not mentioned above. The rating is still 3 starts however because I really like the pallet jack when its working properly and keep fixing it for this reason.
