For the price, this cannot be beat. I use only the pedals, none of the other features (whatever is on the little screen), and it has definitely helped with new knee flexibility.

I deal with restless legs in the evening and use this, along with medication, to help calm them down. I like that you can fold it up and put it in a nook or under the bed when not being used.
