This was purchased for a gift to congratulate someone who got a new job. She keeps it on her desk and says not only is the trickle of water calming, but it is a lovely and decorative piece to have in her office!

It's an amazing fountain I got it for my brother for his birthday, and works just like it should. There's only one problem with it, and that's that the bowl isn't deep enough, the pump hits the bottom of the bowl, and causes the top to wobble, I tried adjusting it, and pushing it in deeper, and it still wobbles, and have to set the pebbles to one side to keep it from wobbling which helps but not much

I really like this product. It’s not noisy just a gentle flow of water over the lotus leaves.I read some negative reviews but I found it works just as described and I’m enjoying it.

It looks very pretty. And that's pretty much it. I don't know if particularly mine is defective or that's how the product is. The water reservoir is extremally small and you have to add water twice a day. I water my real plants less then this water fountain. If you put too much, it starts leaking. So, be ready add the water twice a day. Also the metal leaves got rusty and I can't clean them. Very bad quality.

Worked perfectly for the first few weeks. As you know with these fountains, they get dirty and need some cleaning. I was emptying the water to replace it, filled it up again (distilled water, not tap), wipe the outside of the bowl, and put everything back in place. Plugged it in, turned it on, and heard a grinding sound.I thought ok, maybe something got inside the pump and is blocking the water. I removed the stones again, lifted the plant fixture up to inspect the little pump. I don’t see anything obvious, I gave it a rinse, and put everything back in place. Turned in on, and the same grinding sound.Ok, I thought well maybe it needs help getting the water up. So I slowly poured water down the tube until the top, and waited. Still the same grinding sound.Well, I’m guessing at this point, there might be air bubbles trapped inside the pump somewhere, I need to figure out how to help them escape so the pump can do its job. I gave it a wiggle and giggle, gentle taps, and tilts, without having to remove the pump from the water. Nothing worked.I started googling and found a couple of possibilities of what could be wrong, and their solutions. Mine you, I almost used up half the roll of paper towels. I turn the settings on high, put everything back in place again, and turned it on.Did it work this time? … noAt this point, I got frustrated and gave up.

I like the look and colors, also the size is ok for what I want it for, pretty small actually.The problem is that it takes forever for the water starts pumping or to come out of the hole. Every time I turn it on I’m afraid that is not going to work or that is already broken.

Overall the fountain is a very good fountain. The flowers came in bent but nothing I can’t fix. It arrived a little late than expected but it still arrived the same day it said it would. It’s a very beautiful fountain and a bit bigger than expected!

Received totally different item....the item is made with iron and paint on it...wl not seems long lasting
