I was a military medic, then a civilian ER Tech, dealt mostly in trauma cases. We had a different type of Care Forms, that were two pieces of paper separated by a carbon sheet. Yeah, I'm dating myself...but nonetheless, if you have good medical experience, even if it's in the distant past, these are GREAT to have on a hike, a boat, kept in your Advanced First Aid kit. Use a pencil to mark this, or a wax pen, or if you're inclined, order the "write-anywhere" pen/pencil set from Rite In The Rain (based in Washington state). Great customer service if you need to order more. Highly recommended for First Responders.

Ordered two packs of 50 cards each. Got 48 in one pack, 47 in the other. Packs came sealed in plastic wrap which appeared to be from the manufacture.
