I put this on my duty belt the day I got it and it's staying with me. I move through busy places, bumping into stuff so that I can get to people, this hasn't budged, or shown any wear in over a year. I've switched tourniquets out with different brands and it's always a snug fit.

Ordered this as I wanted to horizontally mount on a vest. Has so far held up well. I did have to take a lighter to it and clean up some of the stitches. Some trauma shears don't fit as well as others but they stay in place and everything functions as needed. Good option if your looking for something to carry a tourniquet and a pair of shears.

It came quickly! Looks like it’ll do the job. Expanding side panels help the fit of tourniquet. Can be mounted either horizontally or vertically.

This tourniquet holder is great in theory. The issue comes when you want to attach it to your vest or patrol belt. If you have a normal patrol belt then it will be JUST too small to snap the straps together. If you put it in your vest then it will wiggle around when you run or move suddenly. Which is annoying. The buttons that snap together don’t really fill me with any confidence that they will hold on if something bad happens.Other than that, it’s decent. It may work for you! It did not work for me.

Fits my CAT Gen 7 perfectly, as well as my shears and space for two sharpies. Also offers 2 mounting methods for your molle gear, vertical or horizontal. Would also fit very well horizontally on a regular belt. Shipping was also fast as well, 100% recommend

Arrived on time and well packaged. These definitely do the job. Minimal loose threads or such, solid construction. Fit pretty much every piece of equipment I attached them to as if made for it; no size or compatibility issues. I liked first one I got so much I have subsequently bought several more. Highly recommend; would order more if ever need them.

gut um TQ und schere beisammen zu halten, ich stopfe immer noch eine Rettungsdecke mit zum TQ weil Wärmeerhalt (und die richtige Lagerung natürlich) bei Verletzten mit starken Blutungen das A und O ist.
