These are better that the originals in my 90's Tacoma but too long for the tailgate, it basically lands on the bumper.

This sold as fitting my vehicle but once they were installed we realized they were too long and that the tailgate hits the bumper.

When comparing these to original before install i found them to be around 8mm too long. Now my tailgate sits at an angle. Less than ideal. Will be returning.
