Updated review- still a good review, I'm updating it to a 5 stars though. You should know the pros and cons to these types of clothes. Scroll down if you don't want more info I think I helpful.. Before I get into that I'd like like to recommend (if you are using this because you have excess skin and some fat it's NOT a magic shirt to make you lose weight. It's to help keep things in place if you have lost weight and have that extra skin.) Getting a compression shirt and short combo (one peice). Those have its own pros and cons but that will help get you thru a work day MUCH better than these. I personally use this when I'm on my off day or know I won't be running and climbing up hills at work.. now with the pros and cons.PROS--insanely comfortable (great for lounging around or low intense days)-sticks to your body very tight and won't show on most clothing.- goes well with compression underwear (different pros to havening two compression items)-great priceCons--One peice (more slide-ability, can be somewhat fixed by getting compression underwear and tucking the shirt in.)Tips- I know it says not machine washable or dryable but if you don't sometimes I feel like it doesn't stay as elastic. Don't put it in the dryer all the time but when you feel it needing a tighten up just hand wash it and stick it in the dryer. It's cheap enough to buy more if it does degrade them but I haven't seen anything but benifit from it occasionalyI wish I could think of more cons lol. The only things I can think are bigger people who haven't lost the weight or not enough so it doesn't flatten and hold. That's just a sign for you to lose some weight. but I HIGHLY recommend buying this if you've lost a good portion of weight. I started at 400lbs and first got this at around 260. Now being down to 230 I don't see how I walked around without these items. If you can't afford the surgery this is the next best thing. Congrats on the weight loss!Old- Great if you have lost weight and need to keep everything in place. I still have weight to loose so I thought I would hold off but I decided to try it and see how it feels. Its not something that will make you look like you've lost 100 pounds but it will deffinently tone you out a little bit. If you're almost at your weight goal deffinently get this you won't regret it.

This is a good compression tank top but definitely not shapewear. It might help a little on love handles but it's not going to make a belly disappear. It is however extremely comfortable and does help general body support. If you are buying this for reasons other than shapewear, you will likely be pleased with it. If you are looking for shapewear, keep on the search because this one isn't it.

I went to order more of the slimming mens vest that I have used for years, to find out that they are no longer available. So searched through several looking for the most positive review. When I can came across this one from TAILONG it has MANY positive reviews. I read through them and liked the feedback, so I ordered one.It just came in and tried it and I LOVE it!!!It is different then the others I have used in a good way. It is a slightly thicker material which I really like. Very nice snug fit that does a good shaping and holding everything in place. It feel much better quality than others I have used. Also it has more of an appearance of a tank top under shirt. Other brands tend to extra elastic support across the abdomen than can show through a t shirt and is definitely noticeable when wearing with no shirt over. This new one is a very smooth finish. So NOT noticable under a shirt and looks like a normal tank top if worn with no shirt.I will definitely be ordering more.

I usually don’t write reviews unless I’m not satisfied with the product and I have ever supply pictures. I’m about 5’7 165 pounds and my stomach is about 34-34.5 waist size is about 32 .5 -33. I was concerned about sizing and I wanted the shaper to pull in on my stomach, which I’m working on to help support my bad back. I order a small, it arrived in good time and when I received it, it looked very small, but it fit me very well. I’m extremely satisfied in many ways. It does what I wanted for my stomach and seem to have a tighten effect on my complete mid section, butt included (it’s long), while providing support for my back. It does feel like I have something on which is what I expected and wanted, also I love the way the product feel against my skin (not sticky). I hope this review was helpful to those looking for help with sizing, stomach and back support.

This is a good compression shirt. I found that this shirt was great for compression and sweating away the midsection while also giving me the ability to do work out with weights. Very nice snug fit that does a good shaping and holding everything in place. It feel much better quality than others I have used. Also it has more of an appearance of a tank top under shirt.

For the price of 40 dollars I would expected better quialuty. After I used it I took it off and it lost its shape. It went from a small to a medium. I have other brand that I’ve used and it never looses its shape. Just don’t buy this, not worth the price.

It does not help to slim or even at least compress your belly a little. It will just make you realize how fat you are, like a wakeup call to get some diet and exercise. The size fit properly but does not change anything. It actually makes it worse on a shirt. It will just fit tight and nothing else. Just use that money to sign up on a boxing class.
