These are fabulous silicone molds! I used these at the last minute to use up some cake product I had left. I filled them with chocolate and put the cake in them and they released perfectly! I ordered another mold just like this one!

These molds are great size for mini cupcakes. And I love that you can make 8 of them at once, saved me a lot of time. Make sure you pour thicker chocolate or candy melt on the bottom of mold, that way will be easier push them out and save them from cracking. Easy to clean. Ordered another one.

It is easy to remove the frozen mousse form the mold, I had concerns because it's not shiny material, and it is pretty deep, but had no issues. Great size, maybe a bit too dip, but overall better than the rest available here.
