I haven't noticed any issues so far. The screen is easily scratchable so I applied a film as soon as possible.It's a beautiful device and so much fun, I got a nice surprise this Christmas with Santaclautchi visiting lol.The battery also lasts quite a lot if you're not playing too much. I charge it at night and the battery hasn't run out anytime so far even tho I take it everywhere and check on it often.My mom only ever had the og ones and she says she likes this one better hahaI say it's worth what I payed for, and I'm really happy with it.

I got my daughter this for Christmas. We have been having so much fun with it. It’s great to have a colored screen, and so many things to do on it. Connects to WiFi, and updates. We love it.

I love everything about it, it has physical buttons again, wich works wonderfull, and they are raised more than the original, made out of plastic, the screen I think its a little bit bigger that the Pix and older versions of color screen ones, I love the wifi features with the tamaverse, but the fact that it receives a lot of updates, that speeks a lot about the future and how it will hold, the device itseld its kinda the same size as a original one in terms of thickness, so its not heavy and bulky as the Pix and the On/Meets ones, so that’s a big plus in my opinion, the gameplay is perfect, I love it, its cute, when you set it up in the first place u get to chose from 3 differenr eggs, then everything is how you imagine, I love the menu, quite simple, I love the fact that you can put multiple accesories at once, and the first one u can wear is after it evolves one time, a headpiece, than you can add the other ones like facial, body and things that can hold in hand, when you play games, even if its a child you can get 300 gotchipoint for a perfect score, so that’s new, in the older color screen you get 300 gotchipoints when its adult, and did I mention that you can keep yout caracter for a longer period of time? its nice, yeah you can marry it in tamaverse, or they will ask you to let them go or something like that, yeas there is no mixing between them but every caracter has his own unique personalities so based on that every caracter will like something from food to clothing and even objects in their main room, or they will dislike it, over all I think its the best one out there, for everything mentioned and more, I love the form factor, the gameplay, the looks of it, very modern, I think its my favorite one, altho I really love the connection versions and I wish they will bring back the connection ones! So you will not be dissapointed with this one! and the battery will last about 1.5 weeks, and the charging times is about 2 hours I believe, like your mobile phone, and you can play with it when its charging and to see the status of batery press long button A and it will bring the clock screen there you can see the battery status! I remember having a much simpler one when I was a kid. This is not like that. But kids are much smarter these days.This thing has plenty of things to do for the kids. Ive seen about a dozen different characters the kids have raised.It's very easy to learn, the screen is decent enough for something this small. The battery last good.

I purchased three of these, one for my 6 year old, one for my 24 year old sister, and one for my 35 year old self.My sister and I absolutely loved digital pets of all types growing up, and had original Tamagotchis.This generation of Tamas is unreal. The full color would be enough on its own, but the fact you can get so many different characters based on how well you care for them, that their personalities are impacted by care received, that there are so many fun items and great food choices for them, a house with multiple rooms to decorate and enjoy, mall, arcade, tamaverse with air travel, playdates with other devices, babysitter for when you're busy, mini games, etc and you can let them get married? Beyond anything 90s kid me could have imagined.Only cons would be that it doesn't have the ball keychain, the screen is easily scratched and I mean easily so definitely get the proper protector for it, and the baby stage is a little frustrating since you can only use the rattle and none of your other items/toys at that stage and choosing the rattle 20x through all the button pushes required is a little annoying.Overall, very pleased and enjoying my nostalgia with my sister and my bonding with my daughter with our Tamas.

I absolutely love my little fella, got him a nice pair of headphones. Love that it can connect to wifi and that you can give hearts to other people's tamas. The battery charged in about half an hour and still hasn't ran out. The screen brightness is adjustable and turns off after 10 seconds so that you can save battery, which I love. The wifi feature could be faster but it's acceptable. What's not acceptable though is the quality of the speaker which is abysmal... I get that it's a small device but I have a tama connection that's not only WAY older but it has clear sound and even though it can't produce much of it, it manages to outperform my uni in sound quality. Same thing with the screen. I can already feel the scratching that it's going to have before my screen protector comes. Amazon doesn't offer many cheap choices for screen protectors or cases (don't say that 12 euros is not much for a literal 128x128 resolution screen). It's kinda disappointing but still, great gift for myself. I'll be exploring everything my tama has to offer and download the new gifts from bandai

Very good, buttons don't stick, the battery lasts a LONG time before you need to replace, the sound is very clear and you can turn it off for a better experience, it works well, and the design is very nice because it has a keychain hole at the top to hang on bags or whatever! c:
