I'm a IBEW JIW, and this is the first tool i put on EVERY day. I've tried others before this, and there was always something i didn't like. I.e. with others, my tape would fall off when i got in the truck and i wouldn't even realize it. With this a tape literally clicks into place like a blade does in a kydex sheath. This is because the gauge of the ring is exactly right for it. The leather is great quality. this thing takes a beating every day and is no worse for the wear. I'm about to buy another for carrying my impact with. Perfect tool, no questions asked!

Great quality and simple and well designed. Bought a second for the cheap sale price first one is 2 years old and still strong. I work as a pipe fitter.

It's a great product. Will save your pants from ripping your pockets. Only complaint is the leather is really stiff. Wish it was a little softer. It might soften up with more wear.

Was tired of hanging my tape measure off my pant pocket. Pants were getting destroyed. This has positive locking so you can hear it’s locked in when it clicks. Removing tape measure takes practice but now it very quick for me. Wish I bought this sooner.
