Calling all homeowners in distress! If you've ever found yourself on the brink of a roofing disaster, let me introduce you to the caped crusader that saved my day – the 8'x10' Heavy Duty Tarp! This unassuming piece of waterproof magic turned my roof leak nightmare into a tale of triumph.First off, the 12mil thickness is like the body armor my roof never knew it needed. Raindrops tried to infiltrate, but this tarp laughed in the face of moisture. It's like the superhero of waterproofing, banishing leaks with a single, impenetrable layer.UV resistance? It's more like UV defiance! This tarp stood tall against the sun's relentless rays, not succumbing to the wear and tear that lesser tarps might. It's like the sun threw a challenge, and the tarp responded with a superheroic UV shield.Rip and tear-proof? You betcha! It's like this tarp went to the superhero gym and bulked up on rip-resistant muscles. No matter what sharp objects or harsh winds tried to bring it down, the tarp held its ground, maintaining its impenetrable stance. The 8'x10' size is just right – not too big, not too small. It covered the leak with precision, leaving no room for water to sneak through. It's like the tarp was custom-made for my roofing woes.In conclusion, the 8'x10' Heavy Duty Tarp is the unsung hero of home repairs. Five stars for being waterproof, UV-resistant, rip and tear-proof, and an absolute lifesaver for my leaky roof. Sorry, leak, but you've met your match in the heavy-duty superhero that is this tarp!

There have been times when I would happily pay 20% more to get a less obnoxious color such as brown. There are other times I'm looking for the best durability for my money and that's how I first came to order this product. With an outdoor tarp, always in use I'm realistic in my expectations if I want it to last more than a season I'd buy a vinyl old billboard tarp and use if face side down....but there are downsides to that option, they get heavy and inflexible. These aqua colored tarps are a great value and have lasted over a year.

Generally speaking I was pleased with this tarp. I did not measure for exactness but it covered the size I estimated for. It also appears very square and generally seems well made with decent thickness. When unfolding one of the grommets was pretty damaged (see picture) which appeared to be caught in the folding machine. Also applying medium pressure a couple of the grommets started pulling through the tarp.

I got this tarp because I live in an apartment building with a back porch and I wanted to cover it up since I have 2 stray cats that come and hang out in my porch.Even though the porch is roofed, rain and snow was still getting all over the floor. I wanted to create a space where the cats could get away from the harsh elements and this was the perfect temporary solution as a renter.I stapled 2 tarps to the wooden fence and ceiling and they're doing a great job at keeping snow and rain outside. I leave 2 corners open and the cats very quickly learned how to come in and exit. There were some extreme high wind days where the tarp started to come down in some corners, but a few quick staples fixed it.The tarp itself has lasted about 5 months and it's still up now. There's a few holes on it (probably from the staples combined with high winds which may have caused it to tear a little).Still, it's standing strong today. Also, when there are very high winds, the noises of the tarp can be loud.Overall, the 8x10 tarp is big and the price point is great.

I should take pics as proof but I am so annoyed at the moment that I just can't be bothered. And I will say, I read the reviews prior to purchasing this tarp and I have never had such an opposite experience with a product. How anyone could say it is a good/strong/thick tarp is beyond me.The good:Color is as pictured. Yup, that's it.The bad:Dimensions are off: 20' x 30' was 19' 7" x 29' 4"On a 30' tarp at 3' spacing there should be 11 grommets not 10Which brings me to grommet spacing, they ranged from 27" to 42" center to centerAnd last be not least, grommets are incredibly flimsyOh also, there is a 1.5" x 3" grease stain approx every 4' down the centerResults:The corner ripped out on the first attempt to use it and there weren't any sharp corners or extreme tension being applied. Ridiculous.I knew I should have returned it as soon as i opened it and felt their version of a 12mil tarp. Or, at any one of several points along the way. But, the wife liked the color and I had a need for it now. Now I am out the cost of the tarp, the time of messing with it and obviously the time and money of finding its replacement. So, unless you really want/need this color I suggest you do yourself a favor and purchased a different tarp. One last side note. After the corner ripped I did compare it to other tarps I have lying around (just none this size) and it is noticeably thinner than my costco 11mil tarps (12x16) and only slightly thicker than cheap 5mil (5x8) blue tarps. I knew better and should have stopped myself but, all I can do now is warn you all in hopes you don't make the same mistake I did.

I used it as a replacement top for a tent carport. Fastened it at every grommet (there are many) and ran a rope diagonally over the top to help minimize flapping in the wind. So far, so good. My neighbor likes the color, as do I.

The tarps themselves are very sturdy and even a little puncture resistant, but I’m guessing they used some kind of a heat treatment when placing the grommets. It’s only been 2 months, and 2 minor monsoons here in north Phoenix and already lost 4 grommets have ripped off. It’s not too tight, not too loose, just a little flapping around and they failed. On both tarps. I got two to cover my above ground pool.

High quality for the price. The only thing I'm not sure about is the “bungie chord†ties that come with it. I could not figure out how to use them with the big balls attached on both ends. Perhaps someone reading this might enlighten me.

We used this as a ground sheet for winter camping in our winter tent. It was waterproof on top of snow and made a barrier between the ground and the tent floor. Very satisfied with this tarp.

Pour utilisation occasionnelle à l'extérieur il est important de choisir une bonne protection UV
