Love this skirt!Let me date myself: remember the 90's? I was feeling nostalgic & bought this skirt on a whim as it reminded me of my favorite skirt (although this is a few inches longer) that I owned as a teen.I purchased the Stewart kilt & it is just as expected, a thick material, matching the bold red color on my screen.I am very happy with this purchaseShipping: Excellent!I wanted this for cooler weather, so the projected delivery time of about 30 days did not worry me. Wow! I was surprised & excited to have it show up just 7 days later! The delivery packaging was fine, a sealed, clear plastic bag inside a thick plastic envelope, similar to most clothing items I've had delivered. Inside they also include the large pin for the skirt.Fit: The fit is great, the material lays nicely, & the skirt is flattering. Seeing as how the husband actually turned off the tv & got up out of the recliner to get a better "look" and...well yes, I'm satisfied.I'm 5'6 and usually wear a size 8 or 10. Because I plan on wearing this throughout winter, and my waistline suffers from my weakness for holiday pies, I went with the 10. It fits comfortably and because it has a velcro strip closure, instead of the usual inside button, it allows for a couple inches of wiggle room in either direction. The skirt, resting at my belly button, ends about a hand width above my knee. I plan on wearing this skirt with thick black tights for modesty & warmth, but it may not be appropriate for certain office environments. Also, because of this particular style of skirt, if you have even a hint of a booty, it will effect the length in the rear. You've been warned, so flaunt it or go long!As a mature adult, I'm fighting the urge to dust off the old Dr. Martens, rescue the old grunge band tees from the dizzying heights of my closet shelves, &...where did that velvet choker disappear to anyway? I'll just make do with a respectable blouse, tights, and pearls.I'm pleased with this purchase, and I plan on buying another skirt soon, in a longer length, as soon as I can pick a color.

Not sure if people actually buy this as part of a uniform...I had a completely different purpose in mind, so I wasn't judging this for day to day usage 150 days of the year or anything.This skirt is actually too long if you wanted it for a nifty adult outfit. The sizing runs a tiny bit big too, though that just allows you to have it ride lower on your waist. I like that there is flexibility with the straps and velcro, to make this fit fairly well.The skirt is made of pretty sturdy material and the safety pin is optional (I got rid of it entirely because it seemed like a safety hazard for things I wanted to do, ironically). The inside has velcro and the buckles are pretty decent; you have to unbuckle the buckles to get the skirt to open up, so I suspect the velcro is more there for sizing purposes than anything else. However, all that being said, once you cut it down by about 4 inches, it is quite fun and flattering. Otherwise this hits about mid-thigh...which is not really fun for anything. If you do bother to fix the hem, the good news is that the pleats allow for about 4-6 inches to be cut off and it'll still have folds. =)I loved this and recommend it; it's better than the other school-girl skirts I've found so far. Better materials.

I ordered this kilt in a size 6 which is what I wear in all clothing. The kilt arrived yesterday and is super cute, but runs very small. I can’t button the inside button and need to buckle the straps at the loosest hole. I would exchange it for a size 8, but the price has increased $5 and a shipping charge is now added at $9.95.

Beautiful and more authentic than most. I'm normally a size 3/4 and a seamstress. I didn't want to deal w exchanges so I ordered a 12, also for more length. I will have to take it in but I couldn't be happier. Prob could have done a 10 and have it fit a little relaxed on the waist. Highly recommend thicker fabric that standard 'fashion' ones.

Coloris très lumineux. La taille semble grande pour un 48 mais je l'ai commandé exprès pour pouvoir l'adapter en bas d'une minijupe en jean. Sinon la jupe est très jolie pour être portée comme kilt.

Der Rock ist einfach wunderbar verabreitet.Es ist ein eher dicker und fester Stoff und sehr robust.Der Rock geht bei mir ca. bis auf die Schenkel, also auch eine tolle Länge zwischen Mini und Knielang. Man braucht keine angst haben das etwas rausguckt^^Die Nadelklemme, kann man selbst anbringen. Sie wird so mitgeliefert, sodass man sich die Stelle der Klemme selbst aussuchen kann. Bzw. für den Fall das man ihn zurück schicken muss.Ich persänlich finde, dass er ein klein wenig größer ausfällt als angegeben. Er sitzt also ein klein wenig locker, was aber eigentlich sehr bequem ist.

la tela y la medida esta muy bien , pero yo gasto la 38 y tuve que coger la 40 porque no estabapero ningún problema ya que la cruzare mas

Le tissue est fragile mais la coupe jolieLa jupe taille un peu grandAttention toutefois a la couleur, j ai cru que le kilt etait bleu et noir mais il est vert, bleu et noir

Cómoda, calentita y sienta genial. Sin duda la usaré mucho. La tela se ve de calidad y el imperdible gigante le da un toque original, aunque es por compensar el hecho de que la zona donde hay dos capas de tela (delante) és un poco escasa. Con el imperdible, se fija bien y se soluciona el problema. Personalmente, me gustarÃa que la parte de tela que queda en el interior fuera más larga, para poder usarla sin el imperdible y que abrigara más. Aún asÃ, me encanta la falda y la recomiendo. Estoy pensando en comprarla con otra tela y color, tienen mucha variedad en su web.
