Simple and non flashy tie bar, holds well and I like that it isn’t the old clamp style. Very sleek and doesn’t poke out.

It’s definitely good quality and design but loses a star for me because it’s just too tight. My ties and shirts are on the thick side materially so if you have a very thin shirt and silk tie this may be easy to use but for me it’s difficult to get situated and even once I do it pinches my tie down super tight to the point of indentation.

I originally purchased a tie clip for my husband through my local jewelry store. When the spring broke and I returned it to the original seller to be repaired, they told me they couldn't do it which really disappointed me. So I found this one on Amazon and ordered it for my husband. He absolutely loves it! And the great part about it, there is no spring to break it just slips onto the tie and it works fabulously. Would highly recommend this as a great purchase for anyone who wears ties.

I purchased these as a gift and they are exactly what I was hoping for. One star off for the packaging though. The foam insert didn't stop the gold tone tie bar from coming loose and getting scratched by the other two tie bars. I'm hoping it can be polished/buffed out.
