Initial quality seems great. I will see how it holds up over time. Makes deliveries much easier and seems to insulate temperature well. I can fit two large bags of food inside with room to spare. The middle divider keeps smaller bags from sliding around while driving and also separates multiple orders. So far I’m pleased with the purchase. I really like the drink holder feature, you can fit large drinks or just regular soda cans.It’s large if you plan on carrying around but not so much so that you can’t do it. I will mostly use it to keep the food secure and insulated in my vehicle but not to carry to the delivery but if you are doing a large delivery with multiple items or drinks this bag will make it easier to carry in one trip.The only con so far is the zipper is a little hard to use. I think it’s just the way the seams of the zipper were folded in shipment. With use it seems to be operating more smoothly. It hasn’t bound up or came apart so I think it just needs to be “broken inâ€.

I use this nearly everytime I go grocery shopping. We have a no plastic bag policy in my state and paying 10 cents per paper bag just seems silly. I put it in th bottom of my cart and place everything in it. It fits so much and with all the handles is easy to transport into the house. It's very good quality and durable.

I use it for deliveries and it is the perfect size to carry 2 orders and a place for the drinks that help keep things organized. The food is still nice and hot when I get to my destination. By far one of the best purchases I have made! NIce quality and design.

Great bag if youre doing food delivery. I bought a freshie one that was similar to this and returned it. Wish I went with this to begin with. The things that are most important is that divider and the cup holders.The divider is nice and it can be taken down at any time. The cup holders have an elastic grip to grab the drinks. The first bag I bought had holders without this and it was just no good. Drinks could easily fall out.This bag has that issue solved. The bag also has some net pockets on the outside and inside. Inside I store some forks and spoons, and outside a keep a sharpie so I can mark bags when restaurants don't.My biggest complaint is the zipper. It gets hung up a lot when you first get the bag. Get better when you break it in some, but I still deal with it a big at times. That needs some improvement, but overall best bag I came across searching.

This catering bag is perfect for doordash. If I had the money right now I would buy another one. It keeps the food hot really well and there is enough space to fit full size pizza boxes in there I would say maybe four or five of them. And the little drink holders on the front work well for bottles or small cups there's nothing to really hold them upright so I lean the drinks towards my seat and keep the bag on my backseat. All in all it's durable and works well. It is worth buying and I recommend it.

I was looking for a large insulated bag to transport desserts to a function. I was not sure this bag would be big enough, but it is perfect!!! It has a rigid, insulated insert to place in the bottom which is exactly what I was wanting.

I do delivery's and this has been fantastic. It's easy to keep two orders separate, or go up stairs with a bunch of groceries. Cup holders are quite useful. This would be great for a person shopping for a family or someone that just doesn't want to go back and forth to there car as much. It also cleans up easily inside.

It was good until it started falling a part. The splitter connecter inside ripped of easily and now it became a giant duffle bag that does not stay up and the food is not as secure without the splitter

I like this size. It is perfect for large orders. Will fit 16 inch pizzas. Keeps food hot. The zippers are not flimsy. Drink holders work. No complaints so far. Only suggestion would be that it would be nice if the divider could be secured in the vertical position. I added some Velcro to help with that.

I love this bag soooo much. It give you a flat bottom so nothing spills or gets knocked over. The divider is soooo handy for separating multiple orders. The drink holders are great for all but medium size fountain drinks 16oz I believe (lids tend to get stuck or come off for that size). Great quality and amazing value! Highly durable.
