After years of trying to use cheap thermometers from the grocery store. I bought this one that is food manufacturing grade. It reads quickly and accurately every time. No more over/under done meats for me!!

Looked to be a good thermometer however it broke the first time it was used in the oven to cook a turkey :(

I was in the air conditioning service field for many years. I used these thermometers in service and testing. The one thing is that they can be calibrated.
