First let me say, the carts are great. I ordered two carts. There was NO package of bolts and nuts in one. I had to make a run into town and buy them. That made for a bad experience. Would I buy them again...Yes.

I was shocked how poorly made this was. I had ordered it thinking for the money it must be a good product. it was rusted when I got it. I had to drill holes to realign Parts. I was missing parts and had to come up with things myself because otherwise I had to send it all back for a refund, according to Taylormade, and hope I got all my parts in the second round. I should have just packed it up and sent it back.

Rather large, but my dock can handle it. Nice construction, easy to put together. Get the solid wheels, very strong!

Only the cart was in the box... no wheels or handlebars. Couldn't get the parts sent or exchange, so had to return. Ups lost the huge box, so one month later trying to tie dish the return via a lost claim. Terrible!

Second dock cart I have . The original solid rubber on the wheels fell off and could be replaced. Company replaced them with a different set and they are perfect

The quality is horrible, screws have thin zinc plating which scratches off during assembly (this unit will not last 2 years in a salt water environment), molded bin is distorted and not flat, edges are like rough cut lumber. Additionally, assembly was a nightmare: instructions were obtuse, holes for screws did not line up, nylock nuts did not hold, no washers for plastic surfaces so screw heads dig through when tightened and what were the 2 washers for? - not mentioned anywhere in the instructions. In a word typical Chinese junk and for $100 I'd be ok with that but for $450 it's a total rip off.
