My grandmother bought them for me as a Christmas present and none of them work. I was hoping for better.

I was hoping these could be a good deal but then was contacted by my daughter's band director who said "they are really not working well unfortunately - they are out of tune - a lot of them don't work and the tone quality is really suffering because of them". Don't waste your money.
