I placed a tea candle underneath and keeps warm for prolonged time, each time. Resistant to minor wind too. Keep the heat insulated transferring it to tea above. The place works perfect to tip the pot on and pour. Smooth glide for pot. Highly recommend this product for enjoying long lasting tea.

Works GREAT to keep coffee made in a Chemex pour over pot hot. Also looks very nice especially with the candle burning.Lightweight and delicate glass. Would not recommend if have concerns for dropping or rough handling.

It works very well. Looks good. I like it very much.Make sure your pot does not cover the metal plate completely. Must be a gap around the base for the candle ðŸ•¯ï¸ to breathe. Else it will not burn well.I would have liked the metal plate to have been a bit thicker, but it did not bend with a full pot on it, time will tell how it holds up.

When coupled with a glass teapot it makes an elegant brewing station. The combination is particularly nice for those floral teas whose blossoms expand in the hot water.
