Beautiful and well made. The filter insert works perfectly; no tea leaves escape into cup upon lifting filter. The rim of the cup is comfortable to drink from. I could not ask for anything more.

Overall good product, but the lid's design traps liquid and makes it hard to clean, which is a shame, considering that the lid is designed to be a holder for the infuser after steeping.

Absolutely love everything about this mug!! Perfect weight and size!! The double wall keeps tea hot longer and the lid doubles as a holder for the infuser to keep counter or table clean from drips! I love it so much I bought 3 more for my daughter's!!!Extremely high quality including the packaging!!!! Upon opening it became one of my favorite possessions!

Easy to use and clean. Perfect size for a single cup. The lid fits well preventing steam loss and let's the tea steep nicely. The strainer fits perfectly into the lid when done steeping and keeps messes to a minimum. The strainer does not impart any metallic flavors into the tea. The mug itself gets hot, but the handle stays completly cool. This mug also keeps my tea warm for quite a while so I can sip and enjoy instead of racing to drink before it gets tepid. The strainer is quiet fine and keeps my tea clean of bits and pieces. One of my Yerba blends is a bit dusty and gets through the strainer, but it's minimal. I love this mug. I plan to give a few for gift this Christmas.

Questa tazza è veramente molto bella ed è di ottima qualità .Il filtro ha dei fori microscopici che evitano il passaggio delle foglie nell'infuso.Il vetro è cristallino e grazie alla doppia intercapedine conserva il calore all'interno, mentre la tazza esternamente è solo tiepida.L'unico problema è che l'insieme dà l'impressione di una estrema fragilità data la sottigliezza del vetro, ma probabilmente la tazza è più robusta di quel che sembra.Prodotto un pò caro ma top.

Se la regalé a mi padre y está encantado. Tiene muchas tazas de té pero dice que esta se calienta antes y que el filtro está muy bien hecho y que es el mejor que tiene. Esta encantado con el regalo
