Works beautifully, inside tea keeps nice and hot, outside nice and cool. Make a lively cup of tea, Only problem, if it falls of kitchen counter, it breaks into a million pieces. The porcelen top didn't.

Solves all the issues for an avid tea drinker. Large basket allows tea leaves to fully express. Double-walled cup stays cool on outside yet keeps tea at correct drinking temp much longer than an ordinary ceramic cup. Inverted cover acting as basket holder prevents drips and other messes

I use this at least 3x a week and love it. I also put all pieces through the dishwasher with no issue. My one nitpick would be the thickness of the glass and effectiveness of the vacuum walls. I can feel the heat of the tea although it isnt hot enough to burn. Other than that, it’s quite perfect, has the right volume. and fits well in my hands.The metal strainer is also the only one on Amazon (that I can find) that is one solid piece. All the others have the bottom loosely attached to the mesh walls, making it easy to fall apart and leaving cracks open for things to get stuck. The ceramic top is also great - there’s nothing wrong with silicone but I prefer not to have it if possible.I came back to look for other tea ware and decided to share my appreciation! Hope the quality continues to trend positive

The product is made of very high quality material. I love the basket to place the tea leaves because it filters very well. I don't like to use the paper bags that comes with the regular teas because I don't know how much chemicals I am drinking with my tea based on how the paper bag was produced.I have tried those metal tea balls filters but all of them allow some of tea leaves get into my tea, so I gave up until I saw this product at Amazon and decided to give a try. I'm in love with it. My tea now has a better flavor because I don't use the paper bags anymore and the cup is very inviting to drink the tea based on how it looks.The customer service is superb! When I needed it, was flexible, quick to contact me back and resolve my little issue. I am very pleased with the product and the customer service. I highly recommend this product, you will be happy that you bought it. You can't go wrong when you buy a high quality product with excellent customer service.

I love everything about this cup, except that it is extremely fragile. I bought three within a month's time because I broke two so easily. I was washing one in a rubber lined sink and it slipped from my hands and fell onto the rubber and shattered. The other one literally flew off a flat glass coaster onto a hardwood floor and shattered into a hundred pieces. It tends to have a high velocity skid when placed onto a smooth surface.The cup looks misleadingly like plastic. It's not. It's the most fragile kind of glass and the hollow design (for insulation) makes it horribly fragile.

If you think you want this, you probably do. It's double wall insulated glass and doesn't leak much heat. Definitely stays fairly stable in temp for 5 or so minutes for tea Infusions and doesn't get very hot to touch. Easy to clean, feels like quality materials. I own two cups and use them quite a bit.
