We had an outdoor kids event where we made grilled cheese sandwiches and quesadillas. We used a small portable, two-compartment chafing dish set that we got at a party store to keep the food warm. Since we didn't want the grilled food to rest in the bottom of the chafing dish and get soggy, we got these mini racks to keep the food off the bottom of the chafing dishes. Using these mini racks allowed air to circulate around our grilled cheese sandwiches and quesadillas, and kept them warm and crisp. These were the perfect size for the chafing dishes. These were perfect for my specific use.

I like these for putting several pieces of meat in the smoker. They fit perfectly in my Master built electric smoker. It's nice to put all the pieces in or remove them all at once. I run them through the dishwasher afterwards and they come out looking like brand new. I also bought some stainless steel pans which are just the right size. When I am applying seasoning to the meat I'm going to smoke, I put the racks in the pans and put the meat on the racks. All the drips go in the pan keeping things clean as I go. When I'm ready to put them in the smoker, I just carry them out in the pans. It takes a lot of the work out of smoking lots od small pieces of meat such as chicken thighs or drumsticks.

I don't know exactly how to review a simple item like this (how can it not do what it is meant to do???), but if it helps:These have worked perfectly as cooling racks for my baked goods, just as expected. They are easy to clean, as I usually just pop them into the dishwasher, but even when I handwash them they come out good as new - easy peasy. No rust has occurred, no falling apart in any way, and it has been nearly a year since I purchased them.So, I'd say they're a good quality item and I'm happy with this purchase.

I use these daily. They stand up to scrubbing, and overnight soaking. The small size doesn’t exactly fit in 1/4 sheet pan. (You need to overlap a bit.) However the convenience of two smaller for the toaster oven pans makes this two pack really “do†double duty!

More cooking racks should be made dishwasher safe and I like that part although I’ve only washed it a handful of times at this point, will update the review if anything changes.Sadly these do not fit their respective Nordicware baking pan sizes.

They do the job no doubt but you get what you pay for.They are thin, arrive mis-shaped, & have sharp edges on them however they are stainless allow the cookies & sourdough to chill the F out so all good.
