I have had this pencil holder a few years now, and have purchased in multiple colors for my kiddos as well. The zipper is stable and hasn't stopped on me yet! The corduroy like material has held up without ware and tear. I have had my green one for about 3 years, we have had the black one for about a year and a pink one for 2 years or so. Easy to zip up and take in your bag or purse. Great for trips in a car or plane!

This is a very nice pencil pouch. Telescopes easily. Fits most pens, but a couple notable exceptions: it will not fit Tombow Dual Brush Pens, nor Palomino Blackwing 602 Pencils.The max pen length is 7 inch or 17.78 cm.See photos for examples of what fits.Hope this helps someone.

I can’t tell you enough I love this pen holder. I love that it stands up, slides down, has little pockets on the side for some and can be written on the white part! I color code mine and definitely want to get more! I’ve had one I got as a gift, YEARS ago and it’s still standing! No holes/rips, or other signs of bad wearing.

This is such a nice little pencil case, but it is little! If it was to be filled with items as portrayed in the images it won’t zip up…it tapers to flat at one end so while you can certainly use it propped up fairly well (it slants on an angle when propped up, doesn’t sit upright, but it’s not really an issue) and fairly full, it’s capacity if you’d like to be able to zip it closed is under 10 pencil crayons. It’s cute though, and friendly for little hands, my child was delighted that the “bottom is all fuzzy!†I would have thought a non corduroy bottom would help structure it so it could be more sturdy when propped up but I guess a 7 year old has other ideas! He loves it.
