I purchased this ladder mainly for the ability to have a ladder that will allow me to access a crawlspace attic space. Since it is a mere 18.5 inches wide on the outside measurement, it is perfect for fitting into the access area which is very limited. If you read the instructions before attempting to use, it is relatively easy to get it to the height needed. it retracts nicely back to put it away in a very small area. It appears to be very sturdy, and is a bit heavier than I expected. The feet do grip surfaces well, but I would suggest you have a second person available to brace the bottom, if using as I am. Overall, I really like this ladder and will use it a lot.

It is easy to use, you just have get used to how it works. I love how it locks in place. I am able to store it easily and it doesn't take up much space. I like the height of the ladder. I would recommend this product to anyone of any age. It is made of high quality material.

I'm an independent adjuster for property and I've used this ladder almost daily about 3-10 times a day for about 6 months.I've used it quite a bit in that time so the wear and tear is probably more than usual but I immediately made it my go to over my 22ft gorilla ladder as it's half the weight and easily does single story and 2 story ladder pull roofs. I'm 160lbs and I find the ladder quite trustable fully extended along with the weight being very doable.Cons:1. The rubber feet have been completely worn down for 6 months of use, but still work, although not ideal. Wouldn't be a problem if there were replacement parts but I have found none.2. The plastic clips that you use to collapse the ladder are prone to coming off which can be a problem if lost or damaged because you will NOT be able to collapse the ladder anymore without it. Also wouldn't be a problem if they sold separate replacement parts but so far I have found none.Overall a decent ladder for light daily use but will only last 6 months before you have to get a new one if you're a heavy user.

I have not yet used this a lot, but thus far it has provided good service for accessing a loft that I created in my storage shed. Note this loft is built upon ceiling joists that sit at the top of 9-ft walls.I like the fact that the ladder retracts and can be stored without taking a lot of room. The quality is good. The weight is not excessive for the stability. This product has. The price point was much more favorable than a more traditional attic ladder configuration.

I've used it for about five projects so far, and it's been great. It's very sturdy and easy to transport. I'm happy with this ladder; it's compact and convenient for storage and mobility on job sites. This ladder isn't meant for your crew; it's intended for the boss to check on work, get a closer look at projects at lower heights, clean out gutters, or hang Christmas lights. Remember, this ladder is for the boss of the crew and for inspections. Don't give it to your carpenter or framing crew, as they'll wear it out quickly.

Bought this for my "rolling man cave". I needed a way to get up on top to put my kayak on it. I wasn't sure I would like this but it really is a great design and works flawlessly. Make sure you look at the weight on it - it's not light but super sturdy. My 225 body felt comfortable on it. Super slick for your RV or something you need to stash away. I had one of the foldable multiple purpose ladders before and this is much better. Very happy with the purchase.

We bought this ladder initially to access our travel trailer roof in tight spots. It's sturdy, well-built and it's compact to carry and store. It's not a featherweight by any means, but it's manageable to carry around for a couple of middle aged folks. The flexibility to use as an A frame ladder or a straight ladder is a definite plus. We are very pleased with this purchase!

Compact design and easy to use.I would not consider this for constant daily use in construction or maintenance.More acclimated for those times where you might need a ladder to reach an elevated location around the house.Flexes a bit with weight on it and twists somewhat when in use.

I have never really used and never owned a ladder before, but after buying this one, I'm very impressed.Extending is is easy, setting up is simple and besides the occasional bend when reaching higher heights, it's comfortable and I feel safe on this ladder.I mainly use it for gutter cleaning, and it's compact size can allow it to store with little to no room. When extending fully, it's difficult to telescope the ladder back down. You will require extra help for this.

We bought this for our RV and it works great. Folds down extremely small and is quite light weight. Does have some flex to it while using it but at no time do I feel like it is at all unsafe. Highly recommend this ladder.

I was skeptical at first about the telescoping ladder but after having trying this and using it to get on my roof, I was very impressed.Very easy to extend and collapse, and the legs are very sturdy. No complaints.

I purchased this ladder for our RV area. We have a shed but with all the stuff you accumulate and with a child you need the most space as you can and a bulky ladder when I would only use it a few times a year to check on the roof wasn't working. This ladder, compact, small and light was a true winner. Takes seconds to pop up and a few seconds to compact it together again. Light and easy to carry what else could you ask for. All in all a great purchase.

A very good telescopic ladder. It's not as sturdy as others I've used, and there's a bit of flex in all directions when extended a lot. This isn't a deal breaker, just something to be mindful of.One thing I really like - I can extend any segment I want. With others I've used, you have to extend from the bottom and work your way up, meaning that as you extend, reaching the upper rungs to try to extend becomes much more difficult. The locking strap that holds it all together when fully collapsed is also a nice addition. This is not a pro-level ladder by any means, but for the occasional chore around the house, it's been perfect.
