Bought for our Pensotti radiator which came with a plastic radiator valve cap that was thinner than a water bottle cap. It wasn't sting enough to allow water flow. There was an immediate and noticeable difference in the way this valve works. Great buy for the price. The markings for temperature control don't make sense though.

Plastic material is too soft for boiler systems. I run my boiler warmer than 100 degrees and the plastic tabs that hold the metal ring on and apply pressure to the head, melted off/warped from the heat, causing the valve to fall off and dis attach from the metal ring. Very unsatisfied.
