It is huge! Stores my big painting supports and keeps them clean. Seems pretty strong, but my supports are lightweight. When I use it to carry them, I put it on a cart with other stuff because I'm short and I don't want it to scrape the ground. If you're taller and you're not carrying more than 30 pounds, the handle seems secure enough to me just to carry.

this was actually too big for my project, but I would not hesitate to buy it again for it's sturdiness and convenient handles and zipper

Body of the unit is functional but not impressive in any way. The zipper is very cheap and take care when opening and closing to avoid breaking it.However, I was able to fit multiple projects in the unit and it’s very sturdy. Easy to use for storage of completed projects and price was good for that.

I had some really big posters that were really hard to store, until I found this beauty. It feels really sturdy. I recommend slipping a stiff piece of cardboard or thin piece of wood to keep it from flopping around.

This bag is even bigger than I expected. It fit everything I needed it to plus some. The handles are a nice feature and the bag is slightly see through so you always know what is inside.

I store hand made vellum and watercolor paper in the case. I placed a large sheet of acid free paper against the plastic and put the art paper between them.My only complaint would be that the portfolio was folded into a tight package causing fold ridges. I put weight on these but after a month they are still there.
