Attention:
- End Support Units include the BK Fixed Side and the BF Floated Side.
- We will install the nut on the screw in advance. There are some steel balls inside the nut, please don’t remove it from the ball screw. Otherwise, those steel balls will fall out and hard to put them back.
- Maintenance: customers may lubricate the ball screw with hydraulic carbon oil, what we also called No.46 machine oil.
High Quality: this product is made of high-quality steel, which stands up to wear and tear, and can meet high load capacity requirements.
Accuracy Grade C7: with bearing fits less than 0.03 mm so that the actuator rod doesn't wiggle so much when operating.
Power Saving:
Excellent overall performance, considering it saves power. Meanwhile, it yields higher mechanical efficiency than traditional Acme alternatives.
Mute Operation:
The CNC linear rail kit bears very little sliding friction between the nut and screw. Thus, downtime for maintenance and parts replacement is cut, as well as the lubricating demand.
Applications:
- Ball screws are used in automobile power steering to translate rotary motion from an electric motor to axial motion of the steering rack.
- Because its low frictional resistance, they are also used in machine tools, robots and precision assembly equipment.
- High precision ball screws are used in steppers for semiconductor manufacturing and so on.

The item arrived earlier than anticipated and look great, however I had a lousy time trying to fit the bearing at the free end of the screw, there was only a thin piece of cardboard between the end of the shaft and the outside of the box, the the end of the shaft had mushroomed, had to file the end to be able to install the bearing, everything else was satisfying.

Great little ball screw for the price, pretty smooth, this will work perfectly for my application. Bearings fit shaft great, no issues getting them on which I know is sometimes an issue with these. My only small complaint would be the tiny slop between the end block bearing and the snap ring, it doesn't fit perfectly, but when it's bolted down won't be an issue, so not a cause for less stars. Shipped on time.

The screw is really hardened and elegant but that is all after mounting I noticed that it is not smooth at all and I have not put it to the test yet but have doughts about it.

Everything looked like it was a good quality I just didn't get to use it because they sent 2 BF mounts and I missed my window that I could install it.

The ball screw meets expectation, and was packed well for shipping. If you're designing parts around the drawing, take some of your own measurements, I found the measurements for the ball nut to be up to a .5 mm off which seems a little high for tolerances. There was enough to make out what I needed from the docs but would be nice if there was a full English document in addition to the Chinese hybrid.

I haven't mounted it but did measure critical features and assemble to ensure kit went together. Went together fine however most of the dimensioned features that had tolerances were out, typically out by ,01 to ,08 on the low side. This wasn't a big surprise, I had expected some to be out given the price. What I didn't expect was for one of the items to be entirely different than advertised, completely unacceptable. You'll notice that this is advertised with a flexible plum coupler (like all their other ball screw kits) but what they're actually sending is the basic helical aluminum coupler so expect to spend an extra $10 or so getting a more rigid coupler as the aluminum ones break fairly easy under load when alternating direction of rotation. While it may be the least significant piece in the kit, if what's being sold/shipped differs from what's being advertised without a disclaimer to that effect, the rating deserves 1 star.
